MUDDY’S 6 STEP WORKOUT

1. PRESS-UPS

Muddy says do 5 press ups, or 10 if you’re feeling really strong!

2. STAR JUMPS

Muddy says do star jumps for 1 minute to get you fit for his Muddy course!

3. LUNGES

Muddy says do 10 lunges on each leg to get strong legs for the Muddy hill climb!

4. SQUATS

Muddy says do 15 squats and try and get as low as you can!

5. PLANK

Muddy says hold the plank for 30 seconds, 3 times to get your core (tummy) muscles strong!

6. TUCK JUMPS

Muddy says do 15 tuck jumps to practice jumping over his muddy obstacles!
